1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

  • The product must not be a final sale, custom-mixed, or special order item

Note: Opened containers, tinted coatings, custom orders, or products marked as “non-returnable” are not eligible for return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to our warehouse. Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item

  • Proper packaging to prevent damage during return transit

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 3 business days of delivery

  • Include photos of the product and packaging in your message

  • We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement, refund, or return label as appropriate

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your financial institution

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Restocking Fee

We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 20% for returns that are not due to damage, defect, or shipping error.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

  • Opened or used containers

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Special order products not normally stocked

8. Cancellations
