At GrindLine, we are committed to delivering your concrete coating products quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, options, timeframes, and related information.

1. Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the products ordered and estimated processing time.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Custom orders or high-volume requests may require additional time.

  • Business Days: Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship through trusted national carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers for large or bulk orders. Available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout and may include:

  • Standard Ground Shipping

  • Expedited Shipping

  • Freight Delivery (for pallets, drums, or large equipment)

If you require a specific carrier or special delivery arrangement, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

  • Large or freight orders may require a custom quote. A GrindLine representative will contact you if additional shipping costs apply.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or Canada, please contact us in advance for availability and a custom quote.

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

5. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Freight Delivery: 5–10 business days, depending on location and carrier scheduling

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor delivery status directly through the carrier’s website.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost:

  • Please notify us within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Save all packaging and product materials for inspection.

  • We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.

8. Local Pickup (If Available)

If you are located near our distribution facility, we may offer local pickup for certain orders. Please contact us before placing your order to inquire about this option.
